Just sitting here and getting ready to do some ice fishing this weekend, I started thinking about fishing Lake Shelbyville. Several things came to mind, 1st was how nice the crappies where right before the lake froze over, Man I was catching some nice ones, 2nd was that no one has fished the ville for awhile now because of the ice. 3rd was the lack of white bass this year. 4th was the massive amounts of bait fish this year maybe because of the lack of white bass. So what I'm trying to say is I think the crappie fishing sould be awesome this year, maybe a new lake record could be in store for someone. Tell me what you think.
