Pray ya don't need wonna those commie foid cards or apply for lost title in stinkin Lincoln, mightn't live that long
Non-motorized watercraft such as canoes and kayaks now require a $6.00 annual "paddle pass". The paddle passes are purchased over the counter at a sporting good store or wal-mart type store that sells licenses. If you have previously registered your non-motorized watercraft, you can continue to register online at DNR. Don't know for sure , but a CPO told me it is a little cheaper to continue to register online if you had previously registered.
