Thread: Moon Phase

Do you guys consider moon phase when planning your fishing trips, especially when going on a long trip? I have found that I seem to do better during the dark of the moon whether fishing or hunting and have less sucess during the full moon, but it maybe just a confidence thing.

Yes I consider all to the issues that I can. Wind, moon phase, wind direction, and water temp. However, the bottom line is....I go when I can and you can't catch them sitting on the couch.
