Just got home from 9 days camping at Carlyle. The White bass are tight to the rocks and wood. They are hitting real good. Found some on the flats near the silo after the front went thru. Heard guys getting 50 to 60 a day. The Crappie are turning on really good right now. Fish trees, and some are schooling off the riprap. We fished the stumps north of the tracks with no luck. Not saying they arent there, just couldnt find em. Crappie seem to be getting better every day.
Crappie liked blue, and the whites were fond of red and white tubes or swim baits.
