    Fished Rend yesterday and caught them very well on shallow, visible wood. Very fun and simple pattern. Minnows better than jigs right now for me. look for a stick up or lay down in 3' to 4' of water.

    Crappie are on on Rend!!! only to get better. Had a 6 hour trip yesterday and we cleaned 48. Had a 4 hour trip today and 34...I took pics and will post in the next few days I hope.

    Caught 15 keepers on one lay down at Rend today. Couldn't get'em to eat a minnow at all. Used 1/16th oz. black and chartreuse Yum jig(not a tube). 3 ft. of water.
