Glow tungsten jigs question

Are the glow jigs just as effective during daylight light, clear ice, clear water as the non glow jigs? They look just as good in the package as the non glow so would they look the same during daylight as the non glow?

Yes! Once you get down about 10’ it gets very dark, even with bright sunshine

Do you get the jigs glowing before you use them even during the daylight or will the daylight itself get them glowing? Thank you

I do not charge them personally

I use glow painted tungsten jigs a lot, day and night, but I rarely take the time to charge them up even though I have glow cups on my Vexilars. Sometimes I do at night but I’m not convinced that it matters.
