How far north would a guy living in the Cedar Rapids, Iowa area have to go to find safe ice? This extended January thaw has made ice fishing questionable if not impossible in this area of Iowa. Am willing to drive to MN. WS. maybe SD. to get on some good ice. Feedback please.
