    Default Good Start

Been out a few times and the results have varied. Some nights have been on , and a few off. Biggest so far this season went 15" most average 10-14".
We mostly jig micro jigs tipped with maggots, but mix it up with a few shiners and or a dead stick . If they are really on, we jig assorted small spoon as well. We hit a few shallow weedy water bodies, but most of our jigging is done over 15-30 ft of water in dishpan type lakes. Haven't kept any for the table yet, but will do a "meat trip" soon.
