Lew's makes the Mr. Crappie Rods and reels we all love. Personally I love the Slabshaker MCS75 spinning reel. It's not expensive at all and works fantastic. Super great on a light action rod Mr. Crappie rod for many purposes. And Strike King makes a whole bunch of great Mr. Crappie baits, one popular one is "The Joker".
