I've caught tens of thousands of crappie in all my years of chasing these panfish. I've caught them out west to Mississippi, south into Florida, north into Illinois and everywhere in between with the majority right here in South Carolina. But I've never seen them as pretty as the ones you post every year from Maine. Are you fishing a private or public lake? If public, would you share it's name?
