I love bream! No bettersmall sizepanfish in my opinion! I love cutting the heads off and gutting and scaling them. Then drop the whole fillet dipped in your favorite batter in hot oil and get to crunching those tails! The tails are so crunchy and delicious! If you never tried you should! Tight lines!
