    Thanks...Great report....we always love pictures......my wife pan fries her fish in coconut oil and seasons with "Slap-Ya-Moma" cajun seasoning....I use it on my french fries....cookies look awesome...

    I think the next cook book should feature "Shumeister's best" in the dessert section, just saying....nice pics!!

    Two cookies left and still have a half cup of hot coffee--sorry-- they are now gone and i'll have to get over this cold to make another batch and then it will be time to wet a hook. Catch a bunch.--shu

    Looks like a great trip. Are them fish recipes in the cookbook? We are looking for some new Crappie recipes.
