Save me some foot work....is there a kayak with a little more back support? The ones I see at Academy, for example, don't have much in the way of support. Great for rowing but not for fishing. Thanks for your help

Sure, the one I use in the video has excellent back support. The Native Watercraft Ultimate line has great seats as far as I am concerned. I spend lots of hours in my kayak and never have an issue with my back. The seat backs are adjustable for angle so that they can be set to lean back however much you desire. Here is a little better picture of what the back of the seat actually looks like. You can see that the seat back comes up to about the lower shoulder region on my son in the picture. He is sitting in the front seat of my tandem, but the seats, front and rear, are the same.

It is not about the equipment you have to use,
It is about how you use the equipment you have. :D
