If the stroke is due to a brain bleed thinning your blood can make the bleed worse causing more damage faster.Aspirin can be used before you show the FAST symptoms/signs and to prevent a TIA. Strokes are time based and your best option is to call a ambulance as soon as you feel or see the symptoms/signs in someone.
