    We've tried longlining a couple times now and actually caught fish the first time out. I think it's a technique that we'll use more often once we get the hang of it. Keep those articles coming!

    Great article!! We usually use live minnows and slow troll. We'll have ton give the Stroll'R lures a try.

    When your long-lining, how long is long.........? 20' behind the boat? 40' behind the boat or ________?
    Never long-lined, but have trolled. What determines long?

    It really depends on the depth of the fish! Shallow fish you will need the longer line out. It's more of trial and error I usually have several rods out at once at different depts or line lenght to locate the depth of the fish. This is a pretty good article.

    I usually use Live bait I cant ever seem to catchem on the river wiht jigs. Great article though.
