been after those fish you'll hate so much and finally got around to trying to fish for the trash fish around here, crappie. i couldn't get either of the two you sent to stay on jig at all. i was jigging and one time in the water and it was gone. maybe it's the hotter water temp?

PM me your address, I've got some stickier stuff available now that I'll send to you.
But don't forget, it won't stick well to a "wet" jig. Nothing does. You may have to dry the jig off a bit, just to get it to stick a little better. And also, you really don't need to apply a gob on the jig, just a dab will do. It's concentrated, and you're not really using it for "bait". You just want a little fishy scent on the jig to make the crappie hit it harder, and hang on to it that little extra time, so you can set the hook.
If you use tube jigs, you can squirt a little up the skirt, that works well.
I have found that even though it might appear to wash off quickly....the scent will remain for about 15 to 20 minutes and then its time for another dose. So if you do not see it on your jig that does not mean that its still not working. Scent....thats what its all about and it does work.
I have spent most my life fishing........the rest I wasted.
