    Wish I was closer to West Point. I know you fish Jackson some and our trees are just as full but the size is just not there. In order to get any decent fish here have to find isolated structure with just a few fish holding. The wads of fish are 8-9" at best. Scott

    Jackson has a lot of crappie on brush and flooded timber and is a perfect place to introduce kids to fishing. The Slabs are few and far for me there but do show up. Shooting docking is something I don’t do enough of there and probaly should. I’m on Jackson just about every Sunday morning aggravating the fish. The lake view breakfast buffet is great since I can dock the boat after a few hours on the water. Stop by and say hello if ya ever see me on the water. Tightlines to ya and see ya on the water.
