Hi all! First post on here. Thought I'd give my report. Like you guys, I've been up in Sugar and Lick Creek 2 weeks ago they were HOT. Now I'm experiencing the same slow down. Marking lots but bites been tough. Yesterday evening I decided to go night fishing in my normal spot on the south end of the lake. Got there earlier than I thought so threw out my trolling rigs. Within minutes I had a double on one rod and another with a large striper. Got that mess sorted and caught 3 more before I totally lost the light. Strange thing after dropping my lights. Usually after about 1.5-2 hrs I'm surrounded by baitfish. Last night I only had a couple swim around my lights. Is it too early to expect this? Still came off the lake with a good 28 keepers!
