Lake Juliette is a completely different lake, unlike any other lake in Middle Georgia. It is very clear and you have to learn it and not compare it to other lakes. I never had much luck trolling the lake. I had a friend that would go anchor on semi-deep holes in the trees at night and he would bring home a limit of very nice crappie. He used minnows and lights. I don't know what effect the Stripers have had on Juliette. The Stripers have done very well and have grown very big so I would think they would be eating some crappie. Sorry I couldn't be much help. Good luck. Remember that clear water changes the fishing.
