Looking to take a spring fishing trip in mid march for a few days. Never been to oconee. Looking for lodging on the water and a couple creeks to fish sure would help. I am set up to spider rig or long line troll. Have been looking at map. in your opinion is north end or south end the best. Have heard lake is shallow if you get out of channel.
