Thread: get to gather report

we had a great time Sat. night had over 50 there . Friday was short of the expected .we had a good time meeting all the members and prospected members .sorry that Ed [Slab] could not make it he was in Illinois closing on his house . i know he is glad . making house payments on 2 houses is rough going. we had some that didn't make it due to unknown reasons . maybe next year will be bigger and better . would like to think blackshear bandit for the help on the cooking fish and furnishing the cooker and the oil . the cole slaw was real good that he brought . thanks to stick burner cooked the hush puppies . my daughter Kathy Whaley surprised me when they showed up and brought baked beans pound cake and chestnut cake . can`t think of the lady that brought a strawberry cake it was real good [according to my wife ]. i don`t eat strawberries .the cake was made by badbulls wife Julie .Thank you julie . my wife loved it .

would like to Thank Flint river out doors hwy 280 west for rod and reel and tackle , evans out doors for the telescoping pole perry sport center for the 2 zebco rhino rod and reels country, cuts free hear cut . my daughter donated the shirts and decals Home brimfisher at Brimfisher Jigs | , .anchor bait and tackle on Hwy 280 west .lightwirehooker donated $25.00 gift certificate to flint river out doors . papasage donated a zebco 33 rod and reel .i think that was all but if i missed some one let me know i will surely post it thanks to all that did make it and hope to do it again next year around the month of April keep looking for the post on the next one .
hushpuppy cooker blackshear bandit and his helper cooking fish this is my nephews son . he is expecting to get a new baby brother in the late fall . ????tthis was some of the fish we caught
