    Default My Blackshear report (29 nov 17)


    Went to Blackshear yesterday and the fish had left the trash piles. We caught one fish where we had been catching 15-20. We were lost and started looking. We fished flats and the channel and finally found fish hiding along one curve in the channel. We left them biting. The best bait by far was pony with acid rain jig. Caught lots of small fish and some good ones. The cooler picture is after we put 10 on the table for surgery.

    Good report Curtis. Acid Rain has always been a good color for crappie.

    Had to deliver some hooks today and made a quick stop in the channel. Fished couple hours and had 11 for fish fry. Pretty good white crappie and black crappie.
