I know a guy here near me that fishies at night once or twice a year using his sodium light. He and his brother stay out pretty much the whole night and catch upwards of 150 crappie a night. That's on Clark hill fishing in @ 30' of water. They are diehard striper fishermen but like to put up a few messes of crappie to eat each year.

Surface temp. was 83 this morning. I'm thinking another five degrees and I might try it. Would y'all recommend a brushpile in 20' or head for the channels in timber?
