    Thanks for the reply, Being i'm not very good with computers, i'm assuming that CHL stands for clarkhill lake ? and CDC stands for crappie dot com ?
    typed it in that way and didn't get anything.

    Type Clark's hill lake in the search box. I found quite a bit of info.

    Looks like fishing creek is several miles up from winfield camp ground, guess i'll just hand around that area.

    Hopefully come Oct we will start getting some rain and the backs of alot of the creeks will get some color to them. If this happens then you should be able to find biting fish without too much of a problem. Not familiar with that campground but creeks that I can relate to is Soap, Dry Fork, Little River (both SC and Ga sides) to name a few. "Course there's always alot of creeks closer to me on the upper end of the lake too. Keep your laptop handy...things can change and it could be quite good by then.
