Oconee Report 6-5-2016
Had to dodge a lot of bass boats as they were having a large tourney this weekend, but was able to fish for a few hours. Picked up 18 near the bridge on Sugar Creek. Mostly small but a few nice ones. Caught them pushing jigs and plastics, which I normally don't do this time of year, but I think I will change my tune. Depth was 10- 13 feet and best color of the day was white with chartreuse tail on a plain 1/16 jig head. Bite was slow but steady and water temperature around 82 degrees.
