    Default Blackshear water conditions

Good Morning Guys, I've been following the site for some time now and wanted to say that the people on here seem to be a good group. I normally fish Sinclair and Oconee with a couple of trips to Eufaula each year. I recently moved back to the old home witch put me closer to Blackshear. With all the rain, were would you fish this Saturday? The few times that I fished Blackshear I fished Cedar Creek and at the 300 bridge. Any suggestions? Thank

Last I went water was real stained we hit the deep water all day around 280 bridge and didn't put very many in the boat but all caught were quite large caught a few over 2lbs. Few guys struck gold down around 300 bridge said for some reason the water was clear down there. If I go back anytime soon I will go down south until water clears.

We went Sunday for a while without a lot of luck. As said above, the fish we caught we really good fish just not many. We pulled 20-25' FOW with jigs running 12-15. Water was stained but not bad. Any dark color seemed to work.
