And don't forget, you can post reports, and you do not have to mention where you caught them. You don't even have to mention the lake name. Conditions and technique would be great. But even then, all some folk just like to see pictures. Those that can't go fishing love pics to live vicariously through those that can.

For me it is a timing thing. I rotate my fishing species based on what it biting best in my area. For me winter into spring is my crappie season. After that I am off to bluegill, perch, stripers, etc. Honestly I did not even know there was a contest going when I put my report up. I reported because I started fishing for crappie again.

The summer bite was not worth talking about really...same ole thing...brushpiles, boat traffic and sweating! HEHEH.... The fall has been off the charts! but between the rain and stuff...you have to hit it right! Alot of guys aren't fishing...Hunting etc... me...Ive been fishing customers and doing some duck hunting in arkansas...working...Lack of posts except for a few of us that stay after em year round can be expected in the fall and winter.... I've had some people pm me...and I've responded...with my phone number to call me anytime for some help about patterns / colors / speed/ sonar etc....I like to see new guys be successful...It makes me feel more successful in passing along the crappie addiction!

What is the Facebook site that shows reports? I would like to check out the Facebook site. I don't do Facebook so I am not real knowledgeable about it.

Anyone ever notice that every time a post like this comes up it is someone that has been a member for multiple years and low post counts?
