the bar and grill closed and reopened under new management NO BAR . they have a nice restaurant and sell bait and tackle will be selling beer but to go . nice boat ramp $2.00 parking fee . box at the boat ramp is for the owner of the camper haven and across the road is parking furnished by weekend retreat owned by Pam Mullis .
if you would like to fish the north end of the lake that is a good place to put your boat in . you have river fishing and the lake is a 15 minute run to hwy 280 bridge at 29 mpg . that is what my boat does by gps.

the lake record crappie was caught at the mouth of the slough of camper haven. the winning weight of a tournament was caught just below there last year .
