Fished Toby yesterday (2-4 pm) to try out my new HDS8 & 10. The 10 was a replacement for an 8 (I upgraded for $200) that got moisture in it a week before the warranty ran out. Santa brought me the HDS8.

Between playing with my settings and fishing, I ended up with 6 crappie and 2 cats. Only 2 crappie worth keeping, which I didn't. The upper lake was very muddy. The lower lake stained.

It looks like you turned out very good on your upgrade just before the warranty ran out. Those are two nice Lowrance's to have in the boat and good fishing report.

No, I was using dropper rigs.
