Thread: Thanks to Countrytime on Lake Oconee

Well one thing I did not know was Bigfishheads showed me how to rev up the motor with out putting the motor in gear. He said the big round button on the side of the throttle that I never associated as a button but a cover will cause the gear to disengage so you can rev the engine and take your hands off the throttle. Learn something new every day.
Am I the only one who didn't know this or is it common knowledge?

PS We have all had one of those days from time to time when nothing goes right. It is like a black cloud is meant to follow you that particular day when it is your day. You want to stand up in the boat and shout out loud get thee behind me Satan! I'm probably not too far from the truth if the truth be known. lol
