Default Need some Oconee assistance. ..

Headed down 2nd weekend of July for my wife's family reunion. Bringing my 18' crappie rig to occupy a few days of free time. Ordered a lake map and its on the way. What would be some areas or directions of interests to get me started. You can send a PM if you like instead of posting in the open forum. I primarily straight line jig, and pull cranks on the occasion. No spider rigging for me.

I appreciate any info that you can share. Thanks and tight lines,

    Brian

find submerged timber and vertical jig in 25-35 FOW and ease into standing timber plots and jig deeper by the trees / stumps in those areas too....be careful in the timber! submerged timber will be marked as fish attractors and usually in 25-35 fow about 10-12' from the surface...the lake map will get you close to the locations...Not exact though....
