I fish lanier all the time. I live in Dawsonville off 53 near Kroger. I am a member of Lanier Crappie Anglers and we have meetings the last Thursday of every month with a "for fun" tourney the following Saturday. We meet at Hammonds off of 369. If you have any questions, ask away! May be able to get out on Sunday. If not, may be we can meet up at a boat launch n shoot the perverbial!

Thanks for all the replies! We wound up on little river side of lanier. Not much luck with keeper crappie or shooting docks. Two little girls slinging hooks and short attention spans can keep a man busy. Would not trade it for the world though. They had a blas landing these on 9ft crappie rods and 4lb test. Next week it's up the hooch for a try and maybe a night stalk in mean time. Name: image.jpg
