Default Gonna after the slabs one more time :)

With the air temps getting up there and the water temps way up there, thinking I will give it one more try for some slabs in the morning. I been having some decent luck fishing some small lakes on the Georgia-Florida state line.

Anyone else going out or been out fishing lately ?

Switched over to night fishing on Oconee with toon, traffic way to much in day time. Been 4 times past 3 weeks but moving around a lot searching for decent fish, still managed to get around 20 to 25 keepers each time.

This is a picture of Sunrise before the boat anf jet ski traffic got too bad on Oconee. We caught around 45 and kept 22. Attached is a pic of the largest. 1 1/2 pounds. There are still some daytime slabs to be caught if you go Early!Name: 5-23-14 osunrize.jpg

Thanks for posting the pictures and letting me know where we fished. I knew it had to be either Sinclair or Oconee due to the time we traveled. Heck i couldn't see a thing with that blindfold you put on me and what really stinks is i think i have an infection in my finger where i had to sign the nondisclosure form in blood.
But it was all worth it and i'd do it again today if you ask, Thanks Again, Tell OL Cuz he's got a little competition for that left seat on the Ranger!!

Don't feel bad, Detail. The Pearl thinks I am bad luck. When I fished in the Red Ranger we knocked rods in the water,,,,twice..... ran batteries down, caught stripers in crappie holes, lost hats and tackle, had to get towed in. I feel like he's got me in time out!!
