    Default oconee saturday

Took a trip to Oconee this past Saturday. Man it was on fire. Fished some shallow flats in 2 to 8 ft of water. Longlined single 32nds and best color was chartruese head with either black/chart grub or tennessee shad color grubs. Only ran 4 rods and managed to catch 48 fish and kept 16. The ones I kept were 10" or better with biggest being 2lb 1oz. Spawn has been in full swing. The ones I cleaned had about half of their eggs already gone. Water temp got to 69 degrees by the time I left.
