Been a crazy year. Caught a lot of fish over 2lbs this year with my biggest weighing 2lbs 11 ozs but cant find the fish stacked up anywhere. Have to fish hard and long to get any numbers. Big fish have laid out and gone and now we getting the second wave of smaller fish, 1to2 lbs, coming in to lay. Fish have been in the weeds mostly and won't touch a minnow. Lately I have been catching them half way from the boat to the bank on a green and black grub, fishing about 2 ft deep under a cork.My buddy and I caught 27 Saturday with about 3 fish that were right at the 2lb range.

Good report BPB. Crappie are also being caught longlining while staged up in the 10'-12' depths waiting their turn to hit the shallows. You just gotta find biting fish to fill the 'well.

That's what I'm talking about, Brad, nice ones!
I'm not looking for anyone's honey hole, just an idea where to start, preferably on the south end of the lake
