Limited out with no size whatsoever. What caught my attention was that the water temp was a 66 degrees in the middle of the day and that Detailman had caught the big ones out of the honey hole. Creek was Wehadkee. Field burning had the place smoked up again. Hard to breathe. Could it be over???

Sure seems like it's over. We were in Yellowjacket and Beech Friday and kept the limit, with lots of throwbacks. Decided to try Whitewater Saturday morning and kept 10 decent fish. Left and went to Wedhakee and caught a few more. Went back to Beech and picked a few more and called it a weekend. The bite really slowed on Saturday. Water temp in Beech got up to 67 degrees! We caught the few good fish in 5-10 FOW. I'm still baffled. We go every year the 2nd or 3rd week in March and I've never seen water temps that high. Especially considering temps at Oconee last weekend were low to mid 50s.
