was at ringer access after thanksgiving friday & sat got back to ramp to get boat out could/nt get on dock because people fishing off dock on friday went sat a m trash & propane bottles all over dock went up river to fish got back to take out people where burning tires on bank black choking smoke in cove called the man never showed up
