    Default New soft plastic offerings?

Does anyone see anything new in soft plastics that they are eager to try this year? I see two on the same type design I want to try. Lake Fork Baby Shad Boot Tail. It has a paddle tail on the end, also Charlie Brewer makes a 2 1/8 inch Slider Minnow/Grub with a paddle tail as well, all come in a foray of popular colors.

Here is Bass Assassin making the same style bait called a Crappie Dapper.

Here is a better picture of the Lake Fork Baby Shad Boot Tail.

Pontiac 65 looks like Lake Fork would have put a better curly tail on the Baby Shad curly tail. It is a might small to me. Couple that thing with a Kalin style tail that would really give it action. Will try some though, you never know.

The tail is small but has real good action. I don't think a minnow has a much bigger tail.

They look ok for sure but has anyone put some water time on them? I was looking to get some of the brewer heads and minnows for trolling.

Try tying a piece of green yarn on a gold crappie hook with 1/8 oz sinker above the hook and it will catch feeding crappie. Git it?
