Hey check this guy out on ebay. His name is Tommy Hill and hes located in Colbert, GA. I just got my set of rold holders from him and man let me tell ya, they are way better than my old driftmasters. He custom makes all his rod holders from 3/8 galvanized steel and coats them with Plastisol coating. He will also make SS for a little more money. He offers them several different setups, heights, angles, and even custom makes TBar setups. I just got a set of 6 - 12" tall rail mounted flatlays. They are heavy duty and MADE IN AMERICA AND IN GEORGIA!!!! They average $6.99 - $9.99 a piece when bought in his sets (of 6). He seels a Tbar set up with 4 holders for $58.00...and like I said these things make Driftmasters look like toothpicks. He will also let you choose the kind of base you want whether flush top mount, rail mount, etc. When I got them I had a problem with the rail mount not fitting due to it being an odd size...I measured them with calipers, sent him the measurements and other mounts back...he custom cut to my specs and refunded my shipping fee for sending them back...now they are perfect. Taking em crappie killin tomorrow. Heres a direct link to his ebay page...check him out.

Those are nice looking holders for the $$$. I didn't see any that can be adjusted up and down..Does he have any like that? I like my rods to be as close to the water as I can comfortably fish with them.

Never mind...I saw some that are adjustable up and down...Looks like they are stainless steel...Little more $$$ than the Trollmaxx.

Hey TnT..contact Tommy and tell him James from Private Chefs Atlanta refferred you...he is very helpful and can probably offer you some of the Plastisol coated ones a little cheaper...I used to use all stainless but now that I have this..I think the plastisol is going to add to the durability factor all around...and with my rail mounts in combo with the flatlay holders, I can just adjust the rail mount to change the angle and with them being 12" tall theyre right where I need em.
