took my wife with me today and we caught a good mess again. fished the same place, the same way. caught 54 crappie and 7 cats. the wife caught a blue cat that weighted 8 lbs. she had a ball fighting him on 6 lb. line with a num. 4 hook. but the old b&m rod wore him down.

Excellent catch. Thanks for the report. What part of the lake are you fishing? We are fishing the upper end - Crooked Creek, Sandy Run and Shoulderbone. Catch is hit and miss.

nancy branch, have tried shoulderbone twice without much luck. caught very few keepers and a lot of throw backs.
