    Default Sunday @ Oconee


    Fished 9-4 & caught 30 crappie, 5 lm, and 2 whites. Caught everything @ 47'+/-. Watched the rain 200 yards up Richland Creek for 20 minutes in the pm. Rain moved east and nary a drop on us. Well maybe a couple. Everytime it rained, we caught fish. Biggest crappie was 2.5# out of 48' of water. Found the bigger fish over deep rocks. First time my boat has been in the water in 6 years. Spent $$$ on it @ the Sports Center. Ethanol wrecked havoc on my fuel pump. Lesson learned. I know know where all of the ethanol free gas in middle GA is.

    I was out Saturday, but only hooked 3 for the day. All big, but few in numbers.
