Thread: Lake Blackshear report

Hey sorrydog,I talked with you at the dock yesterday when we were taking out.You are right about the bass boyz.I was proly 100 feet from another crappie boat trolling and a bass boat came between us.He did slow down but hell he had half mile of water on either side of us.but anyway it was good talkn to ya.

Good meeting you. Hope you can make it down to Talquin later this year. I plan on going to BS again. Not a bad ride from here. Right at 50 miles. Just need to learn the lake again.

Here are a few pics from Blackshear this afternoon...We ended up keeping 40 and probably caught 55-60. We didn't start fishing until around 3:45 and the bite was definitely ON!!!!

I hope i find that red x first lol , or maybe its a big one and we can share ...

I plan on being there tomorrow also , probably around 9 - 9:30 , will put in at the first ramp in the park . if you see a stick steer bass tracker ( green dodge diesel ) with a short skinny ole man in a straw hat then come over and intro yaself .
