    Today was a perfect day at Talquin. No wind and plenty of fish.

    Good time by all. I stopped at 23 and culled 10 fish after that. Perfect day. The fish are in the open water from freeman to the dam.

    Great report and pics LWH. That smaller "slab" looks kinda drafted beside that hawg that Chuckauten is holding up. Looks like a great day for that wide open water on Talquin and good seeing everybody catching some good fish.

    Wish i was there my friend James Gore used to go down for a wk about this time of year, brings back a lot of memories of the stories he used to tell me.

    Awesome fish Chuck. Better than anything I caught lately. Thankful, James Gore was a fine fellow. I learned alot from him. He is truly missed.
