A day you dream of. Good weather, fishing and most of all a lot of C.C fishermen. With this season, it takes little to give thanks for being able to enjoy. Wish all of you were here to enjoy. Have a blessed Christmas and New year.

I got to watch Rawhide filet that big fish Chuck caught. It looked even bigger in person! They are saying the next 2 months will see a lot of those, I am looking forward to it, if I can just get to the lake on a good day!

WE did good.......Some how I ended up cleaning 75 fish, that's not my job HOOKER, anyway it sure a lot easier fileting 12in fish than all those hogs. I may just start keeping 12ers.....Great fun and good friends can't be beat....Cheers everyone..

Somehow I got designated the "official Filleter" in other words, I use the electric knife. Don't mind especially helping out some of the "Senior" fishermen who have problems cleaning their fish. With Rawhide, we just gang up on them. It was a good week at Talquin.......with Rawhide, Chuck, Chuckauten (he's learning more about how to become a southerner), Quickhook, Joe, TnT X 2, No Mercy and all the others.

They didn't bite great Sat but a 12.5 incher jumped in the live well. I have a picture of Rawhide behind my boat. If I figure out how to post it will I be in the leagues of LWH and TNT?
They didn't fight at all, just pulled real hard trying to get aloose.

TnT, Thx for all the help you gave us last week. We were definitely fishing in the wrong area and the wrong depths. I just wish you would have been around the help clean that cooler full of fish. I hope you enjoyed your time with you Dad.
