My fishing buddy and I went to Talquin on a "Spur of the Moment" trip earlier this week...We fished Tuesday afternoon and Wednesday. The water and weather was great with just a little breeze and the fish are still turned on...We were between Freeman Creek and the Dam in 22-30 ft of water...Our best color was "Anything" with BubbleGum on it. I also heard that Acid Rain and Wildcat was doing well. My fishing partner caught one that was 2 lbs 3 oz and I had one 1 lb 15 oz...and we had several over 1.5 lbs...We tried to only keep 12" or better, but we did keep just a few 11-11 1/2 that swallowed the jigs..I know "This thread is useless without pictures", so here are some pics for Gabowman
