Thread: B&M rods and old reliable jigs are the best

Went trolling for Crappie on the toona this morning and was slow to start but then one of my 20' poles went down and about 45 minuets later I netted a 41" willow cat. must have weighed close to 30". Not bad for 4 lb. test. then the Crappie started hitting kind of slow and then fast for a while untill the wind got to be to much to enjoy.

Way to go Thankfull. I can picture that cat pulling you around the lake. Gald to hear you caught a few crappie. I've fished about 3 hours one day of the past 2 weekends. One I caught a slew of Hybrids and the next I couldn't keep the Spots off the minnows. Caught this one under the bridge at Kellogg. I was wondering what these 70 deg days would have them doing.
