Papa, do you know how early they open?

Leroy'S One Stop Bait and Tackle is on the west side of Stripling's General Store like Papa Sage said. Right there at the main entrance to Veterans Park. He opens at 6am every morning and has great minnows and alot of tackle.

Thanks for the info and for posting Mr Curl, I plan to go in the morning as well. I have only fished Blackshear twice and that was in the summer, anyone have any tips for the fall? Thanks
