    Default Rod holders

Well sent off my check for 2 sets of 3rod holders from Scott at Hi-tek today. Hope they get here soon so I can install and then try them out. Thanks Crappie.com you helped me with my decision. There is no better advertising than listening to other fishermen.

I am sure you will like them. I used them this weekend trolling and pushing. Simple to switch over since I installed two sets of base plates. Easy to adjust to get rod tips to the level you like them to be. I was using 16, 12, 11, & 8 foot rods on a 4 rod set up and was able to space them out just right to avoid tangles for both methods. I will take some pics soon of them in action.

Shine Runner, I am assuming that the rods must be a diffrent angles for either trolling or pushing? I am new to this crappie addiction. If you could post some pics of your installation I would like to see them.
    Thanks

Will try to get you some pics soon. I will probably be heading to Sinclair on Saturday and Blackshear on Sunday. If you think you maybe around either of those lakes, let me know and I will show you in person.

Yes, the angles up/down and left/right change from pushing or pulling. Easy to adjust with a wrench to adapt either way.

You said a mouthful there! Nothing better than hearing from first hand experience before buying something new so you know what to expect. Congrats on the purchase. Looking forwards to seeing a pic of your rig once you get them mounted.

You can see the extra bases I put in up front for switching over to push out the front with just a couple turns of the wrench. Love my HiTeks.

Thanks a bunch for the pictures Shine Runner. I did order one extra base but may place another order soon for a few more. It looks like setting a hook will be no problem especially getting the rod out of the holder. I hope mine will be here this week. Thanks again.
