    Default Coosa River-Lake Weiss Report


    Went to Coosa today. River and Lake Weiss are down 3.7 ft. The ground absorbed most of the rain we had in N-west Ga. River temp was 80-82 degrees. Fished in a Feeder creek on the river and temp was 68. Caught 7 Crappie and only 3 were keepers. Very treacherous launching at Brushy Branch because of low water. I fished to 12 today but plan on going back in next few says. Good Fishing All. BB

    Hey Bottombumper,
    Thanks for the info on brushy branch. I usually put in there and the water
    level is being down for sometime now. Hope it comes up some. Keep us posted
    on any good fishing outings.
