Let me start-off with a story about Mr. Rusty. I started fishing Talquin about 4 years ago. One morning I had got some tips from some guys on the lake about jigs and I drove my boat over to Rusty’s to purchase some. Now, this is the first time I had ever met him and we talked for a short while. When I went to purchase the stuff, all I had was a little cash and my ATM card. Since he didn’t take ATM cards, he offered to write me a ticket and said next time I was over to pay the bill. How many people these days would do such a thing? Not many! I made it a point that as soon as I got to Luther Halls landing, I drove to the store and got cash and made my way back over there to settle by bill. The last couple of years, I've always made a point to purchase something from him while at the lake. I could go to Walmart, but you don't forget people like this!
I’m currently over in Iraq and at the moment I’m not sure if I’m more pi#@ed-off about being shelled at night from the idiots outside of the gate at night, or the idiot that posted the above. I actually have more respect for the guys outside that are trying to kill me nightly. Total lack of respect for the family and the members of this website. You my friend---have issues!
